It could be the float you using was spoilt. By the way, if you have installed water pump and normally water pump for residential houses use will not exceed one horse-power. As our company has tested to use the water pump under one horse-power is fine, the pressure of a one horse-power will not facilitate the water to flow out from the top cover even if the float has spoilt. The most probability that caused your problem occurred was because the pipe set too high and exceeded the criteria when installed the overflow. Therefore, the water will not flow out from the overflow when the pressure of water is too strong. Same as if you do not install water pump, the pipe set too high and exceeded the criteria when installed the overflow.
Question:What should I do if the float is spoilt?
Initially, the float that you get from our company is free of charge. We will suggest you either to purchase a new one from the hardware store or purchase from the plumber who installed the tank.

Answer:Within the company product BF10 (Three-way Filter group) has a T.F.F (Three-way Filter Core). After finished installation, the appearance of carbon black water is normal, they are active carbon powder.
The manufacturing process of active carbon filter core, the filter cartridge does not completely clear. Therefore, there is black water flowing out when you started to use the water. We normally suggest our customers begin to use the water until the black water is completely draining out.
1. The first time when the filter flow of water, must make it for server minutes (Depend on the water pressure and water flow). Because the toner must be uniform and being filter completely.
2. Must be installed upright vertically. Do not make it tilted otherwise the uneven distribution of toner will influence the effect of filter.
3. Replace any activate carbon filter must have an action of carbon emissions regardless. Because the finely toner will be generated during the manufacturing process of the active carbon. Sometimes the degree of volume’s fineness was too thin, the membrane failed to filtering and it will be generated the phenomenon of black water.
Question:Tips installation (Recommended)
1. The moment you change new filter, remember to drain out the water continuously for some time. Besides that, try to open up and closing down instantaneously within a period of 3 seconds, repeating the same action for about 10 times. The manipulation of the action is to pressure up the water and force the remaining toner inside the filter to drain out.
2. You can try to install a thin PP filter on behind the active carbon filter. This could block the toner effectively.
